ROXANNE'S PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can drained crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 c. cottage cheese

Add water to Jello. Refrigerate until just beginning to thicken - beat until fluffy. Combine last 4 ingredients into above mixture.
