SPINACH DIP | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and thawed 1 1/2 c. lite sour cream 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped 3 scallions, chopped Squeeze spinach until dry. Mix together remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with pumpernickle bread, crackers, etc. |
