APPLE STUFFING FOR TURKEY 
Turkey (12 to 14 lb.)
3/4 cup sesame seeds
3 pkg. stuffing mix
3/4 cup diced celery
1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
6 tart apples, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
stock from cooked giblets
3 tbsp. minced onion

Spread seeds in shallow pan. Toast in moderate oven (350°F) for 20 to 350 minutes.

Prepare stuffing mixes as directed on package. Add seeds and rest of ingredients, using 3/4 cup or more stock; mix thoroughly.

Stuff and truss turkey; place on rack in large open roasting pan. Do not add water; do not cover.

Roast Turkey at 325°F for 4 3/4 to 5 1/2 hours until thoroughly done; remove stuffing.
