LEMON DELIGHT | |
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. boiling water 1 lemon 1 can Pet milk 18 graham crackers 1/2 c. butter, melted Dissolve Jell-O in the boiling water. Add grated rind, juice of lemon and sugar. Let stand until like syrup. (Put in refrigerator and watch.) Whip the can of milk, which has to be chilled a couple of days in the refrigerator. Add lemon mixture and fold in with whipped milk. Roll fine graham crackers, the mix with melted butter. Place in bottom of utility dish, saving a little for top. |
