HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
6-7 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
Milk (enough to fill freezer)

Beat eggs on high speed for 1/2 hour. Then add other ingredients. This recipe can be varied by adding bananas, strawberries or other fresh fruit.
