1 c. boiled water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
2 lbs. ground chuck or sirloin

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Form and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
