SPAGHETTI SQUASH 
1 spaghetti squash
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. tomato sauce or Ragu
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed basil
Dash of garlic powder
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cut squash in half and clean out seeds. Place squash cut side down in a pot with 2 inches water. Cover and (bring to a boil first); simmer for 20 minutes.

Scoop out squash into bowl. Add cheddar cheese, zucchini, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil, and garlic powder. Mix well and spoon into empty squash shells. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
