PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 box crushed vanilla wafers
2 c. whipping cream
2 c. drained, crushed pineapple (save juice)
2/3 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 egg yolks

Whip cream, DO NOT add sugar or vanilla. Next cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolks and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice. Place 1/2 crushed wafers on bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Spread creamed mixture on top of crumbs (this is not easy but it can be done!). Next sprinkle on crushed pineapple. Spread on whipped cream. Top with remaining crushed wafers. Chill at least 12 hours before serving.
