PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 box vanilla wafers
2 eggs
1 stick soft butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 can med. crushed pineapple
Heavy cream

Crush vanilla wafers. Drain pineapple. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and set aside. Cover bottom of Pyrex baking dish with crumbs. spread egg mixture on top. Beat cream, fold in pineapple. Pour over egg mixture. Garnish with additional wafer crumbs. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
