“PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE” IS IN:

PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 large cans pineapple chunks (drained)
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 tbsp. self-rising flour
2 cups grated sharp cheese

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.

Combine flour and sugar. Stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Spoon mixture into greased 1-quart casserole dish.

TOPPING:

2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over top. Bake at 375°F for about 35 minutes, or until mixture is golden and bubbly.
