HOT TIN FOIL HAM SANDWICHES (FOR
A CROWD)

1 lb. Velveeta cheese (1/2 large block)
7 hard boiled eggs
2 lb. chip chop ham
2 cups ketchup (Hunts)
2 cups mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
24-32 hamburger buns

Boil and cool eggs.

In a large bowl add ketchup and mayonnaise. Chop up Velveeta cheese into small pieces and add to bowl. Stir until well blended. Add finely chopped hard boiled eggs; mix well again. Shred chip chop ham in small pieces into bowl and mix all together.

Open buns and put a scoop of mixture, replace lid, roll up in a square of foil.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Note: You can also make them ahead of time and freeze them, just wrap them in wax paper and microwave for 1 minute on high. Be careful - they are a bit drippy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
