CRANBERRY RELISH | |
1 lb. fresh cranberries 2 peeled and chopped seedless oranges 1/4 tsp. whole cloves 1 c. water 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Cinnamon Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add cranberries, oranges and cloves. Cook on high flame until cranberries pop open. Remove from heat and add the pineapple, walnuts and cinnamon. Mix ingredients and refrigerate.
