CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. whole fresh cranberries
1 lg. orange
4 apples
1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar

Wash and sort cranberries. Wash orange, do not peel. Core apples, do not peel. Grind apples, orange and cranberries together. Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar, depending on how tart you like your relish. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
