CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
1 whole navel orange
1 c. sugar

Grind cranberries and orange in a food processor. Remove from processor and place in a bowl. Add sugar; mix well. Chill a few hours and serve. For a fancier relish add a couple tablespoons of Grand Marnier (orange liqueur) to the relish.
