DIET FISH 
Fish
Soy sauce
Powdered ginger
1/2 c. Chablis or Rhine wine
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes

Arrange fish fillets in a skillet. Spoon on a little soy sauce. Sprinkle lightly with powdered ginger and add 1/2 cup of wine. Let stand 1/2 hour or longer. Add tomatoes. Cover and simmer until fish flakes easily.
