SEAFOOD MOUSSE 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
3/4 c. half & half
1/3 c. thinly sliced scallions
1 lb. seafood (any type), chopped fine
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Crabmeat (real or imitation), shrimp (cooked), scallops (cooked).

Dissolve gelatin in warm half & half (just hot). Set aside until it starts to thicken, cool a bit. Mix mayonnaise, scallions, sour cream and lemon juice. Add to gelatin. Fold in seafood. Put in Pam-sprayed mold. Chill until set. Unmold and serve with crackers or vegetables.
