1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 large box Crispix cereal
powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips together and stir until creamy. Pour over cereal and mix until well coated. Pour into paper or plastic sack with powdered sugar and shake. Use enough powdered sugar to coat cereal.
