TORTILLA PIES 
Use flour tortillas
1 can pie filling of your choice (cherry, apricot, apple)

Put 1 tablespoon pie filling in center of tortilla. Fold end up, sides over, and top down like an envelope.

Fry in hot vegetable oil in bottom of frying pan about an inch deep until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel and drizzle with powdered sugar frosting. Best when warm.
