LAYERED TORTILLA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 minced garlic
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can olives, drained
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 corn tortillas, buttered
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown beef, onion and garlic in butter; drain. Add tomato sauce, butter, chili powder, salt, pepper.

In round 2 quart casserole alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, 1 1/2 cups cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

Pour water into casserole along edge. Bake. Bake 400 degrees 25 minutes. Uncover. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges. 4-6 servings. If you love tacos, you'll love this casserole.
