LAYERED TORTILLA PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 corn tortillas
2 c. shredded cheese
Sour cream
Salsa
Chopped tomatoes
Lettuce
Avocado

Brown beef, onion, garlic; drain. Add tomato sauce, olives, spices. In round 2-quart casserole, layer tortillas, meat sauce and cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove cover and allow to stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with condiments.

Serves 4. Favorite with kids! Double recipe, use 9x13 inch dish.
