CHEESY HADDOCK 
1 lb. frozen haddock fillets
1/2 c. sour cream (imitation or regular)
1/3 to 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. paprika

Thaw fish and cut into serving pieces. Place in single layer in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients except paprika and spread over fish. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 2 and contains 143 calories each.
