PARADISE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
4-5 maraschino cherries
A bit of salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1/4 c. nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool until thickened. Add rest of ingredients and refrigerate until set.
