MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. lean beef
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 can Campbell's vegetarian vegetable soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Oregano

Mix well and shape into a loaf: Beef, bread crumbs, eggs, soup, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, basil and grated cheese. Put loaf into a pan and cover loaf with tomato sauce. Fill empty sauce can with water and pour into pan. Sprinkle loaf with oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Check often to see if more water is needed. Let settle 10 minutes before slicing.
