SUNDAY DINNER MEATLOAF 
3 lb. lean/extra lean ground beef
3/4 to 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 med. brown onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
4 to 5 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Place the two types of meat in a large mixing bowl and blend thoroughly. In a separate small bowl, beat eggs and add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add onion, cheese and bread crumbs to the meat mixture the eggs and combine well. Mix in tomato sauce, making sure all ingredients are well blended.

Pat into a loaf shape, smoothing sides. Place in a shallow baking pan (a rack works well if the grid bars are closely spaced). Cooking tip: Bake in a Reynolds cooking bag - it saves your oven from spatters and makes clean-up really easy!

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until thoroughly cooked. Makes terrific sandwiches the next day.
