SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream or 1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder

Beat eggs in mixing bowl, add sour cream and oil. Mix cornmeal with baking powder and add to mixture. Grease cast iron skillet and heat to piping hot. Pour cornbread mixture into hot skillet and bake preheated oven at 475 degrees for 15 minutes.
