SOUR CREAM IRON SKILLET
CORNBREAD
 
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn
8 oz. sour cream (I use fake kind)
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter

Place butter in cast iron skillet in oven. Combine all other ingredients, mixing well. Remove skillet from oven, pouring melted butter in mixture. Mix well, return to skillet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
