HONEY CHICKEN 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey
4 tbsp. Dijon or German mustard (this can be adjusted to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry
8 pieces chicken, skin removed

Melt butter, stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry. Mix together on low heat. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Spoon baste occasionally.
