CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Henri's Tastee Dressing
1 1/2 c. celery
1 can mandarin oranges
Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. whole cashews
1/2 c. chow mein noodles
Sugar

Line shallow pan with foil, 4 chicken breasts, onion soup mix and sprinkle with small amount of sugar. Seal tight with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, cool and remove skin. Tear (not cut) chicken into bite-size pieces.

Place in a glass casserole dish. Pour enough Henri's Tastee Dressing over chicken to moisten well and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

4-5 hours before serving: Add 1 1/2 cups cut up celery, can of mandarin oranges and enough Hellmann's mayonnaise to moisten. Marinate in refrigerator 4-5 hours. Just before serving add 1/2 cup whole cashews and 1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles.
