LYONNAISE POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
2 green onions
6 slices lean bacon (cut in thirds)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Parsley flakes
Dried chives
butter

Peel potatoes, slice and quarter them. Place in center of large piece of aluminum foil. Chop onion and place on top. Dot liberally with butter. Sprinkle on parsley and chives. Top with raw bacon pieces. Seal the foil and place in preheated oven at 350 degrees or over low gas grill heat for 1 hour. Open and place cheese on top, return to cook until cheese is melted. Serves 4-6.
