MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper
1 c. milk
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (don't use Velveeta)
1/4 c. butter

Liberally grease a casserole with butter. Put 1/3 of macaroni in the dish. Dot with 1/3 of butter. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper; top with 1/3 of grated cheese. Repeat layers omitting the final layer of cheese. Add milk to beaten eggs and pour over casserole evenly. Add the final layer of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, covered. Remove cover and bake for 5 minutes more.
