CHEESE MACARONI LOAF 
3/4 c. macaroni
1 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered crumbs

Cook macaroni until tender. Saute the parsley, onion, and pepper in oil until tender. Drain macaroni; place a layer in buttered baking dish, then a layer of the peppers, onion, parsley, and cheese. Repeat until dish is full. Mix the milk with the egg. Cover with buttered crumbs and brown in oven. Bake at 400 degrees until firm.
