CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, crushed

Cut tips off chicken wings and discard. Break wings in half. Marinate in remaining ingredients for 12 hours. Drain. Bake on a foil-lined pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
