PIZZA BURGER 
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. crushed oregano or Italian seasoning

Combine 1/4 cup soup with beef (may brown slightly first, if desired), bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and oregano. Place a square of foil on cookie sheet and pat meat mixture out on foil into a 10-inch circle, forming 1 inch standing rim around edge. Spread remaining soup over meat. Top with cheese and more oregano. Can also add fresh mushrooms and dried green peppers. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
