MANDARIN SPINACH SALAD 
4 c. lettuce or other salad greens, torn
4 c. fresh spinach, torn
1 fresh orange, sliced, or 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/2 c. low-calorie Italian dressing

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing. Chill until serving time. Toss with dressing. Makes 6 (2 cup) servings.
