FLUFFY WHITE ICING 
1 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Dash of salt
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil, stir until sugar dissolves. Very slowly add mixture to unbeaten egg whites in mixing bowl, beating constantly with mixer until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla.
