OATMEAL FUDGE BARS 
2 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan 15 x 10 x 1 inch. Mix first 4 ingredients. Stir in baking mix and oats. Set aside.

Heat chips, milk, 2 tablespoons butter and salt in microwave or on burner over low heat. Stir frequently until smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

With greased hands press about 2/3rds of oatmeal mixture in pan. Spread chocolate mixture over oatmeal layer. Drop remaining oatmeal mixture by spoonfuls. Bake about 30 minutes. Cool and cut in bars 2 x 1 inch.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
