6-8 apples, cut into slices
1 c. coconut
1 c. water
1 yellow butter recipe cake mix
1 stick butter, soft
1/4 c. lemon juice

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer apple slices in pan, cover entire bottom. Mix cake mix with coconut and cut in butter until it is crumbly. Spread over apples. Mix water and lemon juice. Pour evenly over crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
