1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg

Put cake mix, butter and coconut in a bowl and mix like you would for pie crust. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix sugar, cinnamon and apples and put over baked crust. Blend sour cream and egg. Drizzle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. You can use any flavor cake mix or any kind of fruit.
