1 c. shortening
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. corn flakes
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. flour

Mix in order given. Form into balls and bake on greased cookie sheets at 350 degrees.
