BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 sm. pkgs. broccoli, cooked
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Beat eggs, milk, baking mix and salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean, about 1 hour, 350 degrees.
