BROCCOLI - CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 tbsp. water
1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. instant, minced onion
2 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. croutons, herb seasoned

Place broccoli and water in 1 quart casserole. Cook in microwave, covered on full power for 7 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Stir to break up.

Blend corn, butter, egg and onion. Top with bacon and croutons. Cook in microwave full power for 5 minutes or until heated through and temperature of 150 degrees is reached. Herb seasoned stuffing mix may be used for the topping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
