SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can onion soup
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. flour

Mix thoroughly 1/3 can soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into six oval patties. Brown in skillet, pour off fat. Add remaining soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Gradually blend water into flour until smooth. Stir into soup mixture. Cover, cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
