RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. light or dark rum
1/2 c. oil
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. walnuts

Mix the yellow cake and the package of vanilla instant pudding with other ingredients up to oil. Then pour into pan. Blend Ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sugar and add last. Chop 1 cup walnuts and add on bottom of pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
