NOODLES AND CABBAGE 
med. cabbage, shredded
8 oz. of noodles, cooked as directed
2 to 3 tbsp. of butter
4 to 6 oz. of Velveeta cheese, cubed
Milk as needed
Sm. onion, diced

While you are boiling the noodles. Fry the cabbage and onions in the butter until the cabbage is tender. Mix the noodles, cabbage, Velveeta and heat slowly to melt cheese. If needed add small amount of milk.
