CABBAGE & NOODLES 
1/2 med. sm. cabbage, shredded
4 chopped green onions, including tops
1 pkg. Chinese noodles (chow mein style)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 pkg. chicken flavored noodles, cooked

Mix well. Pour over first 3 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add:

2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Toast sesame seeds and almonds before adding to overnight mixture.
