1 can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped 1 can chopped green chilies 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise (can be reduced calorie) Combine ingredients. Pour into an attractive oven proof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the mixture bubbles. Serve with crackers. |
