EGG - NOG 
6 eggs (separated)
1 pt. of 4 roses (liquor)
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pt. milk
Jigger of rum
1 c. sugar

Mix yolks with part of the sugar and pour liquor, cream, milk, and rum and beat up well. Beat whites of eggs with sugar and add to first mixture. Beat well again. Let stand in a very cool place. When serving, sprinkle nutmeg on top of Egg Nog.
