CHEF SALAD DRESSING 
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Roquefort or Blue cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. cream

Mix the first four ingredients together. Mash cheese with grated onion in another bowl. Add cream. Combine both mixtures together. Mix thoroughly. Store in refrigerator. In refrigerator it will harden. Leave out at room temperature to soften. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
