NANCE'S OWN CAESAR DRESSING 
4-5 cloves garlic
4-5 anchovy fillets
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Fresh ground pepper (a lot!)
Dash of Tabasco
1 c. vegetable oil
Approx. 1 c. freshly grated Reggiano Parmesan

Clean garlic, mince in Cuisinart. Add anchovies, mince with garlic. Add next 6 ingredients. Blend.

With machine running, add oil slowly until blended. Turn off machine. Add Parmesan cheese. Blend. Toss on cleaned Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces. Croutons can be added.
