ONE STEP LASAGNE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 (15 oz.) jars Ragu homestyle spaghetti sauce
2 c. Ricotta cheese, drained
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. UNCOOKED lasagne noodles
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Microwave ground beef on HIGH 4 to 5 minutes; drain. Add water, salt and spaghetti sauce to meat; set aside.

Mix Ricotta cheese and egg together. In a 9"x13" dish (or 2 smaller ones) spread 1/3 of the meat sauce; cover with 1/2 of the uncooked noodles and 1/2 of the cheese mixture; sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella. Repeat layers and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover tightly with double thickness of Saran Wrap.

Cook 30 minutes at 50% power; uncover and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and additional Parmesan, if desired. Cook, uncovered at 50% power for 2 minutes to melt cheese; let stand 5 minutes. If using smaller dishes; cook only 1 at a time for half of the time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
